Be SWEET in the News

Be SWEET and its founder, Isabella Weyerman, have been featured on ABC and FOX morning television — sharing the children’s book Sweet Sophie and Be SWEET’s free classroom resources with families and educators.

FOX — Read Across America Day

Headlined “Local author encourages young readers to Be SWEET.” Isabella read from Sweet Sophie on air, walked through the five-step SWEET method, and shared the free Be SWEET resources teachers can use in any classroom.

ABC — International Women’s Day

Isabella joined the program to talk about Be SWEET and why teaching children to communicate, listen, and resolve conflict — early, and for free — builds a stronger next generation.
